What you leave with us

We store your email address so you can sign in, manage your scores, and receive an email when the converter is running. Your account is tied to that verified address: anyone who can receive a sign-in code at that address can access the account.

If you choose Google sign-in, we also store your Google user identifier and display name. Google sign-in gives access to the account for the email address Google verifies.

When you leave a score, we store the PDF and details such as its filename, size, and upload time. When you send feedback, we store your message and any email address you provide, along with the account or upload it relates to.

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. We have no analytics tools, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep your PDF

We keep your PDF until you remove it. We may also remove it if Tutti stops operating or if the file clearly cannot be used to develop the converter. If that happens, we will email you first.

To remove a completed upload, sign in, open Your scores, and choose Remove. You can do this at any time.

You can also write to hello@tutti-studio.com. We will ask you to sign in and remove the score, or verify your email with a code. We do not delete account data on the strength of an unverified email.

If an upload does not finish

An unfinished upload cannot be withdrawn immediately. Any incomplete file that reaches our storage is usually fully deleted within one to two days of reaching storage.

A transfer that remains unfinished for a long time may reach storage later. The one-to-two-day period starts when the file reaches storage, not when you click to leave your score.

Services that help us run Tutti

These providers process the relevant data to provide services for us:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores your PDF. It also helps prevent automated submissions through Turnstile and forwards email sent to hello@tutti-studio.com.
• Resend sends email for us. It handles email addresses and email content, but does not receive your PDF.
• Google confirms your email address when you choose Google sign-in. Google also hosts the inbox where we receive your emails, feedback and score submission notices. Your PDFs remain in Cloudflare storage.

We host the fonts ourselves. Browsing Tutti makes no requests outside Cloudflare. The site contacts Google only when you choose Continue with Google.

Preventing abuse

To help keep Tutti available, we turn your IP address into a short, pseudonymous hash, normally cleared within about a day. Our abuse-prevention records do not store the original IP address, and we do not use that hash for any other purpose.
