Your files

New uploads are processed to check compatibility and produce editable notation. We keep the original PDF, results and diagnostic records needed to explain or recover your conversion. Uploaded PDFs are also used privately to test and improve conversion. They are not made public or sold.

Earlier uploads keep their existing permissions and retention commitments. They are not automatically sent for conversion. Files remain stored until removal is requested; write to hello@tutti-studio.com. We verify identity before removal. Previous commitments to notice before operator removal continue to apply. Removal does not instantly erase copies in provider backups.

Incomplete uploads and abandoned intermediate objects are normally cleaned up after they are no longer needed, with a safety window of at least 48 hours for conversion intermediates. Completed results are not treated as abandoned objects.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, account and task records, and private file storage. Google Cloud runs conversion containers in Singapore and processes PDFs and outputs. TypeSafe (Jev) receives extracted score information such as instrument labels, staff structure and multiple-choice questions to resolve uncertain notation decisions. Jev does not receive the original PDF through this integration. Its answers are kept privately to make retries consistent.

Google provides optional sign-in. Resend delivers email sign-in codes and messages you request. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services under their own policies.

Account, feedback and operations

We store your verified sign-in identity, contact email, trial-page balance and task history, including the device type (desktop, mobile or tablet) used for each upload. We do not store your browser’s full user-agent string. If you submit feedback or a survey, we store your answers. When the website checks a PDF on your device and finds it cannot be converted, and you choose not to upload it, we record only technical details about the file (the software named in its metadata, font names, page count, size and the result of the check) together with your device type. The file itself and its name are not sent. Application logs record task identifiers, timing and error categories, not score text, file contents or API keys.

The application uses pseudonymous IP-derived values for rate limits, normally cleared in about a day. Hosting and security providers may process connection information. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in.
